The WCRA Committee has made the decision to change the format of the 2nd Championships on 18th June 2017 from a bend to a STRAIGHT; to be run over 150 yards – the Veteran Sprint remains unchanged.

Crufts is a unique experience with an atmosphere like no other show. The anticipation and excitement builds as the four days draw closer; even though the dogs may not be in the show ring – our whippets are not only on display at Discover Dogs they are ambassadors of the breed.

For some owners, training whippets for obedience might seem an unusual occupation but this is my background in dogs having competed in the 1970,s and 80’s with my 2 collies and GSD and achieving ‘test C only’ with one and Novice and test A with the other two.
