No Price Increases
We review our prices every year and where possible, we try to keep them from rising.
This year we are really happy to be able to announce that entry fees, passport application and sticker fees plus Club affiliation will remain unchanged for 2026.
WCRA Entry Forms / Main Championships and Veteran Sprint
The 2026 entry forms are now available from a variety of sources; affiliated Club Secretaries, The Whippet Club website and the WCRA Facebook page.
As a reminder, the dates for the Championships are 19th April, 14th June, 9th August and 13th September.
Annual Presentation at the 1st WCRA Championships
The Annual Presentation of the Superstars awards will be conducted after the weigh-in and before racing at the 1st Championships on 19th April. The Top Twelve for each of the Five Superstars Leagues (Dog, Bitch, Consolation, Veteran and Veteran Consolation) will be awarded certificates and badges with the winners of each league also receiving a Velvet Jacket.
Also, there are annual trophies to be awarded, so please make the time to support all the recipients.
The new Tinkers Trophy awarded to the affiliated Club with the dogs’ whose Superstars Points totalled the most will be handed out at the Presentation after the racing.
Notification of Passport Stickers
As you’re aware, the Registrar issues current year Passport Stickers to each affiliated Club as well as processing new Passports.
The Club Secretaries are then responsible for providing the name(s) of each dog issued a sticker to the Registrar.
It would be really helpful if Secretaries could include the Superstars Officer in their communication to the Registrar to facilitate the compilation of Superstars’ Points.
