Left to right: Best in Show and Best Veteran in Show – Cathie Brown’s Ardencote Star Maker, Reserve Best in Show – Sarah Shepherd’s Kidaruka It’s Showtime at Oxana JW, Judge – Sarah Criddle, Best Puppy – Helen and Hannah Wayman’s Collooney Charlie Brown, Reserve Best Puppy – Lynn Griffiths’ Sochma A Stitch in Time for Pelyma

It was so lovely to finely have the opportunity to judge at The Whippet Club and I thank the committee for inviting me. Such a friendly welcoming show, thank you to everyone for entering under me I was so thrilled with my entry. Thanks also go to my very helpful stewards Serena & Jo. It was such a shame that the club lost their normal venue and had to find this hall at late notice, it wasn’t ideal with regards space & many of my exhibits would have certainly benefited from a bigger ring.

Minor Puppy Dog – (5)

This 7 month old fawn baby had so much quality about him, with the finest of coat and skin. Lovely head and expression, good length of neck into well laid-back shoulders, compact and well-balanced with a deep chest for age. When settled moved soundly with good reach and drive. I can’t wait to see him mature on as I’m sure he has a great future ahead. RBD/BPD/BPIS
