It is with great sadness that I have been asked to report the passing of Ernie Ruffell.
For those whippet racers who knew him it is indeed the loss of a larger than life character with a passion for whippet racing and his dogs.
His wife Chris has requested time and space to collect her thoughts but will let us know the funeral arrangements in due course.
